Tandem were delighted to support The Crann Centre – 2024 charity partners, in spreading awareness for their annual Walk and Roll fundraiser last Friday in Mahon Point.
Crann provide life-long solutions for people & their families living with neuro-physical disabilities. Since 2018, they have helped over 500 clients & families through their model of care that supports the person with neuro-physical disability and their families through-out all stages of life.
