Crann Centre Volunteering- November 2024

Crann Centre Volunteering- November 2024

Tandem was delighted to volunteer at @thecranncentre Santa’s visit on Saturday. We were privileged to play a small part in this wonderfully organised, and magical, Christmas event!

The children and their families were welcomed to an activity marquee where they adorned specially made Crann Centre Christmas tree ornaments, decorated ginger-bread men and did some festive colouring.
We then had the joy of guiding families to Santa’s grotto to meet the big man and saw first hand the wonder and excitement that it brought to the children.

The Crann Centre support children and adults living with congenital, progressive, or acquired neuro-physical disabilities, and their family members across Cork and Munster. Donations can be made here: https://cranncentre.ie/donate/

Many thanks to Evelyn Power, Tara O’Donovan, Anne O’Leary and all at the Crann Centre, and thanks also to the Tandem volunteers!
