Sustainability Engineering Program Manager

Summary:
Our client is an innovative electronics designed and manufacturer based in Cork and is currently looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for the coordination of all the sustainability technical projects. The successful candidate will co-ordinate multiple projects which deliver advanced technical solutions. The role will bridge project teams and the key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain the Program priorities with key stakeholders from business groups, Design team based on the sustainability benefits and feasibility level.
• In conjunction with the project technical leads and functional managers, define project objectives, schedule and resources.
• Ensure that the project development meets the agreed deliverables.
• Enforce good quality of change management communication with team members, relevant functions and stakeholders.
• Agree project governance with technical leaders, function managers and other key stakeholders.
• Establish, own and maintain the regular sustainability technical project dashboard.
• Develop and maintain the right level of documentation to manage all the projects and ensure the high-quality documentation to communicate with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with functional manager to improve project organization, efficiency via creating/adopting tools and improving processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor/master degrees in the relevant areas.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• 2 years of working in the consumer electronics industry.
• Experience in driving cross-functional teams.
• Excellent cross-function communication skills.
• Good capability to influence, interact with different levels of management.
