We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Office Administrator to join the team at our Cork office in the Mahon/Blackrock area. The successful candidate will provide receptionist and administration support along with office management.


  • Carry out reception duties, responding and directing incoming calls.
  • Greeting visitors to the office, managing the sign in & out process.
  • Setting up meeting rooms with the correct equipment and refreshments and escorting visitors to the meeting rooms.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors including office cleaning, maintenance, waste disposal, consumable supplies, and canteen supplies.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new staff including the issue of office access, office orientation and introductions.
  • Ensure office stock and stationary levels of all offices are maintained.
  • Manage Permit to Work system for any maintenance contractors coming into the office.
  • Liaise with IT consultants on Tandem requirements.
  • Management of the general enquiry email for Tandem Project Management.
  • Provide administrative support to the Leadership team, HR, Finance and Talent Management as required.
  • Support any other activity that is necessary for the general running of the office.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
  • Previous experience working in an office environment.
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment is a prerequisite for this position.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
